New Parking Meters & Parking Kiosks
It may have been noticed that the new parking meters and parking kiosks have been installed around the Village. Please be aware that starting February 1st, 2021 Woodstock PD will begin parking enforcement once again.
The new single space meters work like the previous parking meters. You may pay with either coins or a credit card. The new additions to our parking portfolio include parking kiosk pay stations and a mobile parking app.
The new parking kiosks on The Green and in the Mechanic St. parking lot are easy to use. There are prompts and instructions on how pay. They use a pay by plate system so you do not have to return to your car with a receipt. Follow the link to a short how to video https://youtu.be/ZPm827U3IDc
We are also introducing a new mobile parking app. The Park Mobile App can be down loaded onto your cell phone. You will have the ability to pay for your parking with this app from your phone. It will give you the flexibility to add more time to your parking space, whether parked at a meter or in the kiosk parking areas, from your phone without having to return to the meter to put more money in. In addition, when using the app. the time that you’ve purchased will show up on the single space meters and in the kiosk systems. Woodstock Village Parking
Parking meters are in effect Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Parking Meters take coins and Credit cards
Parking is $1.00 per hour
Parking tickets may be paid by mailing a check, money order or cash to: Woodstock Police Department P.O. Box 212 Woodstock, Vermont 05091
In person at the Woodstock Emergency Service Building located at: 454 Woodstock Road Woodstock Vermont

Permit Parking
MECHANIC STREET
A permit is required to park in the section of the Mechanic Street Parking Lot designated as an Employee Permit Parking Lot. The price for the permit is $560.00 per year.
ELM STREET
Permits for the Elm Street 2 hour Parking Zone will be allowed to park in any 2 hour non-metered space in the Elm Street 2-hour parking zone as long as there is a space available. There are no guarantees for space availability and if no spaces are available in the Elm Street 2 hour Parking Zone permit holders must park in other areas and pay any applicable meter fees if parking in a metered space.
The price for the permit is $280.00 per year
A fine of $50.00 will be issued to any vehicle not displaying the permit parked in Mechanic street permit lot.

East End EV Parking Station
On The East End of the village in the Park and Ride Lot there are 2 car charging stations with meters, they are 24 hours and the cost is 1.50 per hour.
